Benchmarking of existing initiatives at European, Member States or international level (such as Enterprise Europe Network or the United States National Institutes of Health (NIH) Office of Technology Transfer) is a prerequisite. This benchmarking should contribute to identifying best practices, rightly positioning contents and services of the marketplace, as well as defining Key Performance Indicators that will be monitored throughout the deployment of the marketplace. |
