The objective is to pursue focussed cooperative actions with specific third States in support to the implementation of the Euratom Research and Training Programme 2014-2018, covering the exchange of scientific and technical nuclear expertise through participation of technical experts in programmatic discussions under the legal framework of bilateral Euratom cooperation agreements in fission and fusion research. A special allowance of EUR 450/day will be paid to the experts appointed in their personal capacity who act independently and in the public interest. Payment of the allowance is justified by the importance of the task and the amount of work needed to carry out such assignment. |
